Once the PDF report has been delivered, the engagement is complete and the fee is final, as the deliverable's value has been transferred.
Monthly Subscriptions, No Free Trial, Immediate Charge
Aegis AI™ monthly subscriptions, sold separately at ai4ciso.ai, are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions begin and are charged immediately upon purchase. There is no free trial period. The card you provide at checkout is charged the tier price on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month thereafter.
Cancellation is one click in Customer's Stripe billing portal, by email to agents@ai4scada.ai, or by other written notice.
Cancellation stops auto-renewal effective at the end of Customer's then-current paid month. Access to the Services continues through that period. Fees already billed for a paid month are not refunded mid-cycle. Cancellation is prorated to the end-of-billing-period; no mid-cycle refund is issued.
How to Cancel
- The $1,495 analysis: there is nothing to cancel. It is a single charge with no recurring billing and no account to close. Before the PDF is delivered, email agents@ai4scada.ai from the billing address for a full refund.
- Aegis AI™ subscriptions (sold separately at ai4ciso.ai): the Stripe billing portal link is included in every billing receipt email. One click there cancels at the end of the then-current paid period.
- Email: send "cancel" to agents@ai4scada.ai from the email address on file. We confirm receipt within one business day.
Analysis Credit Toward Subscription
If Customer starts an Aegis AI™ subscription within thirty (30) days after the SCADA/OT Security Readiness & Gap Analysis PDF is delivered, using the same billing email used for the analysis purchase, the $1,495 paid for the analysis is posted automatically as a credit on Customer's Aegis AI™ account when the subscription starts, and Stripe draws it down against upcoming invoices. Because the first invoice is paid at checkout, the credit normally applies from the next invoice. If the credit does not appear, Customer may write to agents@ai4scada.ai and Provider will apply it. Aegis AI™ subscriptions cover IT and cloud compliance frameworks and do not monitor operational technology.
Annual Prepay Refunds
Annual-prepay subscriptions (paid 12 months in advance) are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused full calendar months remaining at the time of written cancellation, less any free-month credits previously applied. Pro-rata refunds are issued via the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days of cancellation confirmation.
Exceptions
ElasticD3M, LLC may at its discretion grant refunds beyond what this Policy requires (for example, in cases of demonstrated service failure on our part beyond what the SLA Service Credits compensate). Any such refund is exceptional and does not modify this Policy.
Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact agents@ai4scada.ai and attempt to resolve any billing dispute in good faith before initiating a chargeback with Customer's bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed before a written refund denial may pause the engagement pending resolution.
